Do we actually need Plus, or is standard Shopify enough?+

Depends on volume, checkout customization, and B2B needs. Plenty of stores don't need it, and we'll say so - you shouldn't pay for an edition you don't use.

Can you migrate us from Magento or another platform?+

Yes. Catalog, customers, order history, SEO redirects - the migration audit tells you what moves cleanly and what needs rebuilding before you commit.

What happens to our existing checkout customizations?+

If they're built on checkout.liquid they need rebuilding on checkout extensibility. We audit what you have, rebuild what still earns its place, and drop what doesn't.

Do you set up Flow and Launchpad?+

Yes, and wired to your actual operations - tagging, fraud holds, fulfillment routing, scheduled releases. Automation that matches how your team works, not a demo config.

Can you support a Plus store you didn't build?+

That's most of what support is. Audit first, judgment never - you get a plan and a working store, whoever wrote it.

Do we have to commit to a retainer?+

No. Some clients run one project and leave, most stay month-to-month. No long-term contracts either way.
