Yes. The same team supports Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce, and has since the Magento 1.x days. Patching cadence, upgrade paths, and B2B features differ between editions - we handle both, and we'll tell you honestly if you're paying for an edition you don't need.
What happens when my store goes down at 2am?+
Our monitoring checks your store every 60 seconds from multiple global locations, so we usually know before you do. Alerts route to a real Magento developer with emergency response - not a ticket queue that opens at 9am. Uptime SLAs are part of every monitoring plan.

What's the difference between on-demand and a contract?+
On-demand has no commitment. You buy a 20-hour block when you need one, at $190/hour. The contract locks a lower rate, $160/hour, in exchange for 20 hours a month for a year. Committing saves you $30 an hour, about $7,200 over the year.
Do unused hours expire?+
On-demand blocks are good for 60 days from purchase. On a contract, unused hours roll over month to month. We ask that you use them within about 60 days rather than let them stack up, so the work stays current with your store.
Do you take over a store another agency built?+
Yes. We start with an audit so we know what we're inheriting before we touch anything.
Do you handle security patches?+
Every plan. We test each patch on staging before it goes near production.
Can you support Magento 1?+
Yes, though we'll also be honest about when a migration to Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce costs you less than keeping 1.x alive.
My store is on an old Magento version. Where do I start?+
