That's most of what support is. We start with a look at the theme and app stack, tell you what we found in plain language, and fix in priority order - revenue-blocking issues first.
Do I need a long-term contract?+
No. Projects and month-to-month support only. If we're not earning the renewal, you shouldn't be locked into paying for it.
Can you fix my theme without breaking my customizations?+
Yes - changes are made against a copy of your theme and tested before anything is published. Your live storefront never doubles as a staging environment.
Do you build custom Shopify apps?+
Yes. When an off-the-shelf app doesn't fit, we build private apps and API integrations around how your store actually operates - inventory, fulfillment, ERP, whatever the stack is.
How do support requests actually get handled?+
