Can you work with our current hosting provider?+

Yes. Most of this work happens on hosting you already have - Nexcess, AWS, Google Cloud, dedicated hardware. If your current host is genuinely the bottleneck, we'll show you the numbers and let you decide.

What do your SLAs actually mean?+

A severity level, a response time, and a resolution target, in writing. Site-down gets a 15-minute response and a 4-hour resolution target; lower severities scale from there. You see the same monitoring we do.

What's in the free performance audit?+

Core Web Vitals as Google measures them, the slow queries and render-blocking assets behind them, and a prioritized fix list. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

Do you only do this for Magento stores?+
