Back in June, Orange Collar Media hosted the Denver regional meeting of the Magento Spring 2011 eCommerce Forum Seminar Series. Magento selected Orange Collar Media, a Magento Gold Solutions Partner, as host of the forum in conjunction with Peer 1 and Magento. Magento eCommerce Forums are a great way for business owners to learn how to make Magento Enterprise work for them. According to Magento, “at these forums, eCommerce decision-makers will acquire a general understanding of who Magento is, what we do to empower the eCommerce ecosystem and how we can help you build a profitable online business.” A forum will typically include an overview and demonstration of Magento Enterprise, some examples of successful businesses using Enterprise, and a networking session enabling attendees to speak with Magento personnel, a Magento Solution Partner, and other local business owners.
The Fall 2011 eCommerce Forum Seminar Series is currently underway. There have already been successful forums in Boston, Toronto, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Miami, Seattle, and Paris, with half a dozen more coming up:
